hey- i've decided to start the low carb diet today. i' ve done well so far with an exception of a disgusting low carb bar that i threw most of away. anyways- i started this diet because i just need to start losing weight again. i've been stuck at the same weight for the longest time. what is the average weoight loss for the first week of being on this diet?


i lost about 7 lbs on the first week of the diet, generally though about 4 of those will be water weight. i would stay away from "low carb" products and stick to natural food for awhile at least
