[color=cyan:63b6730cde][/color:63b6730cde]One secret to the low carb diet is staying physical busy. I do a lot of mowing with a push mower or other out door projects that take real physical effort. This keeps me distracted from food and makes it easier to watch what I eat. Still miss the potatoes and sweets but I have gone from 227 to 210 in the past few weeks. Even got a compliment from my youngest son's friend. He hadn't been out here since about christmas. Told me I look buff and did the showing of muscles with his arms. Told me I look a lot better than I did last time he saw me. Feels good. I will be turning fifty one in Oct. and I want to be 160 by then. Sooner if possible. Hope it works out for you. Stay focused on how you are going to look and feel when the weight is off.

How fast do u think a 17 year old would lose weight on the low carb diet? is there any calorie restrictions? how many carbs a day?
went from 260-190 on low cal, 190-135 on low carb. now i'm at 145 and i want to lose the last 20 lbs. so i'm going to try low carb with low cal
