I love tea bo as well. it is very fun, but i cant make it all the way through the advance tape without having to take a couple breaks. I know that if i keep at it everyday that eventualy i will build up the stamina to do the whole thing with out a break. And you are right it does leave you feeling sore. I'll have to try tae bo! Sounds fun and I've heard that it does wonders. Now I just need to find the DVD.
I've tryed tae-bo but never stuck with it. I think that over the summer though I might do it regurlary. How much does it work do you think??
go to www.taebo.com to the taebo hero's stories and look at the success stories- those are great...
Thank you sooo much!!! I went to the site and am completely ready for doing tae bo for a long time now!!
I am planning on get "Tae bo contact" which comes with a punching bag. I think that it will help me get out my fustrations to be able to hit something. I will let you know how it is when i get it. that sounds like it'll be great. i love working out my frustration by just getting an awesome sweat and feeling the burn with taebo. i have a punching bag but nowhere to hang it and the stands for them are too expensive for me. oh well- i alos just got a balli total fitness jump rope at a yard sale that counts calories and i'm going to be upping my weight liftings, i really got to make my taebo and weights a strong habit...
I bet you can kick some butt now too!
Well i just got the Tae bo Contact today, and i love it. The punching bad that it comes with is inflatable and you add water to the bottom to keep it in place. It comes with two work out videos. I just finished the first one. It is a hard work out. At the store that i got it from it is not that costly. I only paid $30 for it. Not a bad price. two videos normal cost $30 and that is not with the bag. I recomend it to those who enjoy Tae bo. How much was the bag and what store did you buy it from?
The bag came with the videos free, and i bought it at Rite Aid. it was in there as seen on TV section. [color=red:d71526727f][u:d71526727f][b:d71526727f]Kiara[/b:d71526727f][/u:d71526727f][/color:d71526727f]
i love it too, it's harder than hell the first couple of times but after that it's awesome and exercising always keeps me motivated to stick to my diet. my friend and i are getting together starting today for some workouts 3 times a week. i also have richard simmons tapes and the origional buns of steel (awesome for legs and butt) i really hate to exersice though. but i know that i won't be able to lose more weight without it. it's about time i start. lucky for me my job keeps me running up and down stairs all night or i'd be as flabby as hell right now
Heys people any one from England can tell me where to purcase one of these teabo videos!? Kel x
