Thanks for the kind words guys. I am able to lose so much weight because I only eat about 650 calories per day. On a typical day I have a bowl of All-Bran for breakfast(50 calories) with 1% lowfat milk(50 calories), for a total of 100 calories. I have this usually around 7 am. Then, for a late lunch, I have two veggie bologna sandwiches with mustard(0 calories for the mustard, 60 for the 4 slices of veggie bologna on the 2 sandwiches, and 280 for the 4 pieces of white bread). These sandwiches are a total of 340 calories, therefore. So I am at 440 calories so far for the day. I then have 2 Morninstar farms veggie burger without the buns for dinner, with mustard on them. This is 200 calories, for a total of 640 calories. Sometimes I have a couple glasses of Crystal Lite peach iced tea, 5 calories for each 8 oz glass. I also drink water throughout the day to keep myself full.
Congratulations on your excellent loss so far! Your diet is vey low cal, but still 3 meals a day each with a mix of protien fat and carbs, which is good training for the furture when you reach goal and find a diet for life of 3 balanced and 2 snacks.One point though-do you eat any fruit or veg in the day?[url][/url]
wow thats cool but what do you do when family wants to go out for pizza ? I was on a low calorie plan before and I end up over eating . How are you able to be good and not over eat ?

Yes... and lacking energy to do anything. I dieted hard (on about 700-1000cal a day) at one time and it made me desperate. I used to meet up with my friends every Saturday and we'd always have snacks around and on that one afternoon per week, I would just eat and eat and eat because I was so hungry! It did work though, I mean, it got me down a fair bit! But I could only keep it up for about 3 or 4 weeks. I would say that's the problem with very low-calorie diets... Anyway, good luck with it!
