www.caloriesperhour.com www.slimfast.com what i'm doing now is eating 1200-1500 calories a day, exersizing daily. but i'm also following a 4-weeks to a flatter stomach plan i read in the new fitness magazing. here it is: -25-27g fiber -200g or less carbs -2000 or less mg sodium -only eat 1/3 calories at night -don't stress out - cardio 4 times a week and strength 3 times -no carbonated drinks -drink plenty of water i've lost 27 pounds since feb. 2003, yet- i could have lost all of it by now if i just stayed cosistant in my efforts. i've gained and lost a lot but i'm hoping by the end of this summer i will be down to my goal weight, which is130. i'm always looking for new stuff to try out. i really like tennis and taebo and i do one of those almost everyday. i just have to work on my strength training. since i've started really concentrating on weight loss i've changed a lot of my habits permanently, such as i only really drink water and i eat a lot more fruits and veggies and less grease and sugar. if people can give me more tips and perhaps some great free weight moves and abdominal moves that don't use machines that would be great. i'm trying to lose all i can before the bathing suits...
