losing 40 lbs by the 1st is not happening. because you're only 15, even a strict diet that allows you to lose that amoung of weight in a short time is a bad idea because it only sets you up for yo-yo dieting as an adult. weight is all about maintenence and health so once you get down to a healthy weight, make a conscious effort to monitor diet and exercise. Take your time and do it the right and healthy way!
I agree with what is being said. No way that weight is coming off so quickly, not by the next month. Also, that is not only giong to affect your weight later, but it is very unhealthy and dangerous. You should only lose 2-3 pounds in a week, especially as a teen. You could seriously mess up your body, and that would affect you forever. And starving yourself is not the answer. DO NOT STARVE YOURSELF!! You could become anerexic, and then it would be years of recovery. And don't say it wont happen to you, because it definitly can and probable will. Kelly :P
