I am meeting my boyfriends parents for the first time and I want to make an good impression , I know this might sound stupid , or even retarded but this is important to me , I would even one day would like to marrry him , but enough there. I would like the best plan you could ever give me , Ijust need help!!! PLease help! I am willing to eat nothing if that is the case. I weigh 195 right now and I am 15 years old, should weigh about 145 or somehting!! Please help!![/color:c4f351cd0f][/color]

I'm not private messaging, but you have already posted this post once in this forum. You could have just edited the date, which is the only difference in this post. You pushed your date back to June 7th. Losing weight is not complicated. That does not mean it's easy, just that it is not a hard process to understand. Your body takes calories in and burn calories out. You have to make sure that your calories in are less than the calories your metabolism is burning. It could be 100 calories less, or 500 calories less, or 1000 calories less, it just has to be less. If you are eating less calories than your metabolism is burning, you WILL lose weight. If you eat 1500 calories a day for the next month and walk 2 miles 3 times a week for the next month, you will lose weight. You will probably be able to lose about 12 pounds in this time. Also, please consider changing the color on your post. It is very hard on the eyes. Thank you.
