I just bought a weight training jump rope yesterday. I know jump roping is good for your heart but will it help me lose 5 lbs around the belly? I weigh 128lb I want to be like at 120-122lbs. If anyone has advice on jump roping or etc... let me know thank you!
20 minutes of jump rope burns around 200 calories.
so its a pretty good form of exercise..
Jumping rope is a lot harder than I remember..
Maybe it's just because when you're out of the habit it gets a lot harder?
Seems like a reasonable conclusion anyhow :)
