okay..i'm in serious need to lose weight-i'm 5'4 and like 119 pounds?maybe 120-- i've been trying not to go over 300 calories for the past week and a half and really haven't and i have been exercising!--but i can't tell that i have lost any..i don't have a scale because my mom doesn't think i need one.--maybe its to early to tell? i don't know but does anyone have any ideas??


hey suga, how many cals were you eating before the week and 1/2 of 300 cals? because if you were eating like 600 or something you probably wont see that much weight loss (compared to eating 1500 and dropping down to 300). if you havent been eating a lot of cals your body could just be plateauing (sp?) because you're body's so used to low cal. or maybe if you've been drinking a lot of water the weight you lost didnt show up because of the water retention. :) April
