Choosing a breakfast bar in the morning is better than heading off on an empty stomach, but read your nutrition labels carefully when selecting these cereal substitutes. Watch out for bars made with excess sugars and hydrogenated fats. Look for bars with whole grains as the first ingredient and at least 2 grams of dietary fiber per serving. Try complementing a cereal bar with 8 ounces of yogurt, a banana, or a small glass of juice for a more complete breakfast.

No i don't like breakfast bars much, because i find them too much calories for the size. They are packed with sugar sometimes too, but then again itotally believe you in breaking the fast with breakfast. Grab something...healthy, not an instant sugar boost.

Thanks for that helpful tip. You are right about breakfast bars containing sugars and such. Some of them are kind of high in carbs, too. Reading the nutritional label will give you the information you need to make an informed decision.

All i eat in the morning is Banana and a cup of milk (2% milk) or orange juice. Is that enough or do i need to eat a little more food in the mornings?

Thanks for the tip! I'm in school right now, so a quick breakfast tip is always very helpful. I think that fruit and a glass of milk or juice is enough, especially because it is better then nothing! :D Good Luck!!
