Yep, i've heard that too. Really sucks for those camping trips I go on and I cant drink. Sorta depressing, but not worth having! -Veronica


Also, to add to the increasing amounts of corisol your body puts out, when you drink, your body will burn the alcohol for energy first, then the fat. As long as their is alcohol in your system you will not burn calories for 1-4 days.


there isn't much room for alcohol calories on many diets. i guess the old rule of "moderation is the key" 1 or 2 might not be a total diet wrecker, but keep in mind you will have to work that much harder to burn it off. not to mention the headache that sometimes follows :!:


so why stop with one drink? Drinking always improves my personality.


Wish I could add personally to this, but I can't drink. :cry: I've had a taste though, and I think it tastes nasty, maybe that is judt me though.


Oh mi god that's the worst news I've ever heard. I don't eat chocolate, don't care about desserts, but just can't seem to give up my couple of glasses of wine a night. My flatmate doesn't help. And water is just so.... boring.


Try some of that flavored water, its better then drinking alcohol, I suppose...
