HAPPY EASTER EVERYBODY Just checking in with my results. My goal was to increase my water intake to at least 80oz a day. I actualy now drink 112oz of water a day. So I surpassed my goal. During that time I have lost 10 lbs. I consider it a sucess. Congratulations to all who have met there goals. Kiara
congrats kiara! i weighed in today at 138.5. my challenge was to add resistance and time to my cardio workout. i am now going for 45 minutes, switching courses, and also hae been able to kick the resistance level up to a 6. although i didn't lose a lot of weight, i can see more muscle.. even my hubby mentioned he could see difference in my legs and belly.. so there is my check-in..
Happy Easter everyone................I did check in on the other site..but here goes... goal 10 lbs lost 13 lbs Yeah!!!! thanks for all the encouragement along the way!! Pegster :D :D :D
my goal was to increase my exercising time to 5 times a week at least 30 minutes each time. I am now exercising 7 times a week for 30mins-1hr.... Great job to everyone!!!! :D
I accomplished mine! Way to go everyone!
way to go me way to go you guys woooohooo 8)
Congratulations to all who have realized and are realizing your goals!!!!!!!! I joined the challenge on Feb 22 for this *episode* with a purpose of loosing 15 lbs I replaced two of my meals with 12oz of juice flavored kefir adding a little Barlean’s flaxseed oil (a kefir smoothie blended this way renders the flaxseed oil tasteless). Kefir is a Turkish fermented milk drink similar to liquid yogurt. (It’s easy to make, I make it myself.) But unlike yogurt, kefir must be made from an inceptive culture every time. As a meal substitute it leaves any commercial diet drink, or any other diet drink for that matter, in the dust. While low in fat and calories it’s enormously satisfying!!!, high in protein, electrolytes, b vitas, c, a, e, and more, good digestive bacteria, to name only a few. Also, it’s one of the few complete natural foods, as well as an excellent immune system builder combined with flaxseed oil. As of April 11 my total weight drop has been 19+ lbs.
Jubal. Nice job. 19 pounds is something to be very proud of! Thumbs up to you! Pegster. 3 bonus pounds! Terrific :) Keep up the good work. Pixiechic. That means you must be building your endurance. Super. Kiara. You go girl! 10 pounds is great. I wonder how everyone else did?
My goal was to continue on a downward trend with a very short term of anything under 295. YEAH...293.5 now I can start on the next one! So that's a total of 30.5 since February 16. I can only hope the rest of it is this easy...but Rome wasn't built in a day. Congratulations to everyone on your accomplishments. It's a whole lot easier with support from everyone here. Happy Easter wishes to all. :D
:?: only eight people checked in :?: I thought that it would be more. I quess that I am up to early for the drawing. Oh well. I will be back later. Kiara
if nothing else, it makes the chance of winning a bit better.. i would have thought more people than just us would have replied out of 18 pages.. oh well! what time is the drawing being held at, anyone know?
Dont forget that everyon who was meet their goals are already winners. They won better health. :D :D :D

Congrats to everyone who completed the Challenge! And congrats to everyone who won prizes! Woo Hoo!
I was so busy this weekend, I forgot to check in.. However, I did accomplish everything I set out to do, so maybe next time? Great job and Congratulations to everyone that participated, and especially to Pegster, Sharkfanatic and Kiara :) You lucky girls.. Jubal that is wonderful that you are having such great results :) Looking forward to the next challenge..hint, hint..
congrats to everyone who did it! i failed. i'm up 3 pounds. i have been working out but i sure haven't been too good on watching what i eat! hopefully we'll have another challenge and i can get back on the wagon.
**Thinking about the next challenge** I'm sure we can get another one together, Maybe something for Memorial Day? That is the kickoff weekend for the summer after all.. What do you guys think? QueenBee.. Look for the next challenge. I'm sure it will be announced soon. BigBoy.. You did not fail, you fell short on your goal. If you were able to work out the whole time, I would consider that a Victory. If you fell off of the diet AND quit working out.. thats a different story. Food is one of those things that make life tricky sometimes.. Kiara22011.. Got your PM. Look for that in the next couple of days.. :)
Just wanted to let everyone know that i decided that i will not blow it all on junk food like i am tempted to do. instead i am planning on buying a couple of workout dvds and some weights. especialy the weights. i only have a three pound set and they are starting to get to be to easy to do my tonenig routine with. Kiara
I am happy to hear that you are going to use it to add to your home gym :) That'll help you reach to get to your other goals. Junk food will just make you feel bad afterwards :) :)
Congratulations to all the drawing winners!!!! You all fought a good fight you deserve the reward…again congratulations!!!! Hey BigBoy, feathers is correct in her comment that you didn’t fail…I wouldn’t exactly call a measly 3 lb increase a failure, maybe a tiny shortfall, so. disregarding a tiny shortfall congratulations on your success!!!!!!
BTW, a Memorial Day Challenge is an excellent idea!!!!! :) :) :) :)
Well i did lose what i wanted but totally forgot to check in yesterday oh well i guess $50 would of been nice i was just so busy i didn't have time:( i could of used that for 4 weeks to weight watchers maybe next time.
 Well, I forgot to check in on the day, but I probably forgot because I didn't feel good about my failure to keep my commitment. I think I have actually been eating WORSE since I first went on the site *sigh* I am trying to wean myself off of anti-depressant medication too because I want to get pregnant, but I am really struggling with the return of anxiety and sadness. So I have been "medicating" myself with nasty foods that are only making things worse ... well, I don't want to bring everyone down. I still have hope. My husband is being terriffic, and he really wants to get me on the exercise bandwagon. I know from past experience that this is a big mood booster, too. Also, I found a great site called fitday.com --- free place to track your nutrition, exercise, weightloss etc. Check it out! I really want to say congratulations to ALL of you! If you lost weight and/or met your helath goals, that is so awesome -- you are truly winners! And for those of us who are still on the starting line? How about another challenge? I so appreciate the encouragement of others. All the best to all of you!
I cannot believe my name was drawn. I hope that those who did not win still feel like winners because you are. You deserve a pat on the back and a big hug. Great Job guys! 8)
Yes, everyone is a winner, even if there was no prize awarded to you.. There is another challenge on the way, so the next chance to win isn't too far off... Let's see what we can do :)
Congrats to all of the drawing winners. Can't wait for the next challenge! I just hope that the next 30 comes off like the last 30. But if not, even the smallest loss is a great success. Big applause for everyone!!!!!! :P :P :P
There's always more to be lost, but congrats to everyone who is doing such a great job!
:D I think this is great, I especially like the whole food touch. It gives the body much more energy. I am starting back on my diet tomorrow. Juicing, counting calories, etc. I hope to report great news on my progress. So, far in 2 years I have lost 49 pounds. But, I didn't apply counting calories with the exercise. I have lost 18lbs this years so far counting calories. Now, it the time to buckle down. Thanks for the encouragement!
Way to go, Star! Sounds like you're doing great!
I was originaly was going to buy videos and weights with the prize but my cd player broke so i bought a new one with the card instead. I need music when i jog. Thanx again featherish. [color=blue:c5ef67e6b2][u:c5ef67e6b2][b:c5ef67e6b2]Kiara[/b:c5ef67e6b2][/u:c5ef67e6b2][/color:c5ef67e6b2]
