Hi Tessie! You don't give many details, but I would have to suggest eating things like fruits, veggies, tuna, skinless boneless chicken, and other things like that. Water is another thing I might suggest drinking a lot of. Hope this helps..
All diets are cheap! They just involve changing the food you eat.
My suggestion is to cut down serving sizes that way you can still eat what you nomaly eat, Just less of it. Also try to avoid junkfood and soda. Good Luck Kiara
