I would like to lose 50 by end of summer, but as goes muscles are forming. can I include inches off on this challenge? I wish you guys luck. Even if it's a bit late I'll try this out. My goal is to lose 10 pounds by June. I would like to feel healthier,more self confident, and fit! Good luck everyone! :D
Hey you can do it! totally!! I plan to loose 20 lbs by end of june by drinking alot of water (9-11 glasses a day.) 70%fruit and veggies and 30% meat and starches ( this works!) I will also walk or work out 30 min. a day! We can do this we are strong! Take care, Weezie
..I challenge myself to exercise every day. It makes my mind sharper, and my muscles stronger. I perform on a higher level (IMHO) on days that I have worked up a good sweat. I challenge everyone here to work towards being your own personal best. :idea:
