In the mail I recieved some coupons for the low carb products called Carb Options. Along with the coupons were recipes that i thought that i would share with you. [color=blue:be78bda29a][/color:be78bda29a]STEAK PIZZAIOLA [color=#444444:be78bda29a][/color:be78bda29a]4 boneless sirloin or ribeye steakes(about 5oz each) 1Tbsp Bertolli extra virgin olive oil 2cups Carb options Garden style Sauce 1/4tsp crushed red pepper flakes 1 cup shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese(about 4oz) Season steakes, if desired, with salt and ground black pepper. In 12-inch skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and cook steaks 4 minutes or until done, turning once. Remove steaks and set aside. In same skillet, stir in carb options gardenstyle sauce and red pepper flakes. cook over medium heat, stirring frequently, 2 minutes. return steaks to skillet, then top steaks with cheese. Cooke covered 2 minutes or until cheese is melted. Serving size 1 steak Cals 410 Total fat 24g Saturated fat 9g Cholesteral 105mg Sodium 730mg Total Carbs 8g Sugar 4g Dietary Fiber 2g Protien 38g [color=red:be78bda29a][/color:be78bda29a]GRILLED SHRIMP OVER GREENS [color=#444444:be78bda29a][/color:be78bda29a]3/4 cups Carb Options Italian Dressing 1lb uncooked medium shrimp, peeled and deveined 6cups or 10oz bag of mixed salad greens 1/4cup sliced Radishes In large, shallow nonaluminum baking dish, pour 1/4cup italian dressing over shrimp; turn to coat. cover and marinate in refridgerator, turning occasionally, up to 1 hour. remove shrimp from marinate, discarding marinade. Grill or broil shrimp, turning once and brushing with additional 1/4 cup dressing, until shrimp turn pink. To serve, toss remaining 1/4 cup dressing with greens and arrange on serving platter. top with grilled shrimp and Radishes.
