Please dont lose faith. Restriting cals is a good start. How often do you eat? believe it or not eating often can be a good thing. It helps keep your matabolism running high. I restrict my cals to 1300 a day, but i sreed them out. I eat 6 times a day. Myabe that will help you. Good Luck Kiara
Diet is only one half of the equation and maybe not even the most important half. Exercise is what you need to do. Get your body moving. It is the safest, cheapest, and best way to battle depression. Don't make any excuses. Just join a gym and do cardio or start walking or jogging. But get your heart beating again! It will put you in a much better mood and will aid any weight loss attempt you make greatly.
its great that you are doing everything right and truthfully that may be why you arent seeing results see sometimes when you do everything right you dont actually loose weight but you begin comverting it into muscle!! and muscle is heavier than fat!! dont quit keep it up and try this switch to the fat free variety of foods when you can and switch to the sugar free variety when you can you'll save tons of calories but will still be getting the food you love ie 1 oz cream cheese is around 100 calories but 1 ounce of fat free cream chesse is 35! best of luck and hang in there Lady D
