Pack a small plastic baggie of cherry tomatoes. Not only are they are ready to eat - they're a sweet, nutritious, low- calorie, non-fat, lycopene laden addition to your daily intake.


Great idea. :) Never really thought as tomatoes as a snack, but maybe I'll have to give them a try. I know that they pack a lot of nutrients, so its a better idea than corn chips :)


Yeah. Cherry tomatoes are really good. Especially when home grown. :) I buy them about once a week from the store.
