Impress your family with this quick and healthy dessert idea: Cut 2 pears lengthwise. Set washed, unpeeled pears face down in a microwavable dish. Top with the following mixture: 1 3/4 cups apple juice 1/4 cup pineapple juice 1/2 tsp. cinnamon 1/2 tsp. ginger 1/4 tsp. ground cloves Microwave on medium 5-10 minutes or until tender. Enjoy!

Sure can! I have used a mixture of apples, pears, cherries and peaches also.


That sounds like something I will have to try for sure! It sounds like a nice complimentary dessert :) I always loved Bananas Foster, but that one is high in calories.. but oh so delish!
