that's excellent news! those are the type of good habits that make a big difference. just try to make it a habit for 3 weeks. i learned that it takes about 3 weeks to form an activity into a habit so just force yourself at first.
Thanks for the tip! I have the hardest time sticking with what I start, but since there's someone else doing it, I'm being held accountable! We've been working out a little over two weeks now. Go me! LOL!
