grr i hate being stressed maked me want to go eat some comfort food (wich are the some of the most calorie or carb filled foods you can find) anyway i haven't been able to do much exercize latly with moving well acctually i havent been to the gym but i have been exercizing i guess 15 trips up and down a flight of stairs carrying boxes that are 3lbs or more is just as good as a 1/2 hour on the stair stepper at the gym anyway i m not sure how much i have lost but i have noticed that my clothes are getting looser wich is good :D i dont plan to weigh myself until after school starts wich is in a few weeks
