Tracey Ely SPLENDA Consumer Relationship Center _______________________________________ I was shocked to find out that EACH PACKET contains 4 CALORIES!! I thought this info would help others, like me, who count calories and need to add this into their daily count. I wil still use splenda religiously, I now know to add the calories!! Shabrianna.

Thanks for the info!

Wow Thanx for the info. Things can be so misleading. Kiara

I agree that things can be misleading... But just as an aside (and don't take this rudely, it's just a point), if you're worried about that little bit that splenda adds, say you use 4 packets. that's 16 calories, right? Add two extra minutes of cardio work (just two), and you've already burned 18 calories :) just wanted to point out that it's not something i'd really worry to much about (aside from putting it in a daily calorie count) if i were you. especially since sugar was sooooo much more!

Shabriana, thanks for taking the time to share that with us! I use Splenda for myself, but I am going to start replacing my family's sugar with it (gradually) and hopefully they won't even notice

I like Splenda, but Sweet'n'Low seems to work the same way.

Good to know thanks!
