:D ...I am no cook, but this is GORGEOUS if i say so meself! :oops:
You need:(for one person)
one chicken breast
one portion Sharwoods medium noodles
soy sauce
mixed herbs
seasoning(not salt as soy sauce is salty)
1) chop up the chicken breast into chunks or strips, about ten smaller pieces anyway.
2) put in small bowl with generous sprinkling of soy sauce. add seasoning(I use pepper and chicken seasoning) and herbs.
3) mix all together and then leave to stand for about half an hour...
4) grill now herby chicken for about 8 mins, turning once
5) boil water in pan with salt in it.
6) when boiling add portion of noodles, turn down heat and simmer until noodles soft (about 3 mins tops)
7) put noodles on plate and then add the chicken on the top
This is very filling, gorgeously tasty, and virtually fat free!
