I know it is really fattening.. but oooooh so good ~smiles~ I like to take it and put a big clomp of it in a cats mouth.. it is hilarious.. AF lll
why r all good things fattening  not fair is it i want some its lying in my fridge waiting for me.. my husband bought it this weeknd agrh!
I do a low processed food, natural carb only diet. Or something like that... so for me I will have cream cheese which I love so much! Don't know if you can have that on the program you are running... but try the peanut butter cat thing.. you'll at least smile... AF lll
peanut butter cat thing? what stick a big dollop of it in a cats mouth 8O what will that do? anways my diet is bascially low cal cal counting types...kwim? :D
kwim? I don't understand that... Oh.. and by the way.. the cat thing.. ~wipes the tears from his eyes~ It is just hilarious.. the cats love it.. it isn't bad for them.. and they use their rough tongue to try and get it off of the roof of their mouths.. it is so funny to even think about.. I'm laughing right now... Don't get me wrong.. I love cats.. I have 2 of them and they are spoiled rotten! AF lll
peanut butter is pretty healthy, so that is the good thing. if you spread it on celery sticks, it's a better snack than other things. what are you eating on your low calorie diet? feeding peanut butter to cats? that's a different way of entertaining yourself.. but if the cats love it, who's gonna argue?
peanut butter is the most fattening substance know to man!
[quote:88739721a5="BigBoy"]peanut butter is the most fattening substance know to man![/quote:88739721a5] No, that would be mayonnaise. ALL calories from mayo come from fat! Dogs like peanut butter too - and I love giving my dog some. However, peanut butter is fattening. So I've pretty much avoided it for months. :(
Af kwim...know what i mean. sorry to abbreviate!! pixie i am on a low cal diet where i watch what i eat .. meaning i count my calories.
Two tablespoons of peanut butter, the amount in a thin-to-average peanut butter sandwich, provides about 8 grams of protein/200 calories.
I love peanut butter. But I have to be careful with it. Definitely not something I keep in the house too often.
Peanut butter was my biggest problem. I used to put some in a bowl with chocolate sauce microwave it and then mix, to make some homemade peanutbutter cups. Now that i am losing weight peanutbutter is outlawed in my house.
Then not stocking it is going to be the best thing you can do to avoid it. Is PB really bad for you though? Outside of eating too much, it does contain protein and fats that are good for you..
alright, i have a really stupid peanut butter story to interject. i would get up in the middle of the night. head off to the kitchen. start eating peanut butter out of the jar with a spoon. go back and lay down. all of a sudden i felt like i was nearly choking! the peanut butter was so thick that i could barely breathe! this happened a few time until i stopped buying peanut butter! what a horrible way to go that would be: killed by too much peanut butter!
There you go Kristin....one way PB would be bad for you!
BigBoy.. That is quite a story. Peanut Butter isn't your friend..
