Today i ate 2 nimble toasts with butter... (the nimble bread has just 49 cals per slice) tea with 1 tsp sugar 2 nimble slices of bread 1 boiled egg thats it so far and its after lunch now so thats good huh? an egg has 84 cals in it right? how about butter.. enough to spread on a slice of bread sparingly and 1 tsp of sugar? i am saving my calories for the weekend meal out! sheikha :lol:

Sounds like our Weight Watchers, or Hollywood bread. Thin slices, low in cal!
