taking a walk.

beating someone up. just kidding! i rarely avoid it :)


Playing with my kids, far, far away from the kitchen!


Get the furthest I can away from the kitchen, grab a glass of water and a slice of cheese or baby carrots and get out of the area.


I, too, walk it off...if possible. If I can't get outside to walk, then I do yoga stretches. It also helps to calm me down.


I eat. I know, I know, bad girl. It's my last vice since I don't smoke or drink or do anything fun of sorts.


Getting my emotions back in order. Eating isn't going to help me lose this weight. And losing weight is what I'd rather do. If I absolutely HAVE to eat, pudding cups save me. :)


It sounds dumb, but I keep motivated by looking at models or celebrities I wana look like body type. It's a reality reminder pretty much. My fave is Mary-kate olsen or jessica alba, jennifer aniston. A good site is :arrow: www.atpictures.com . Peace


picking up the phone and giving a friend a phone call top talk usually helps me.


I look at pictures of models and celebrities too!! I just think of how that food is not going to get me to that body, which would be much better to have than a peice of cake!!
