Went to a healthy cooking class the other day and this was the dessert the chef made.
Bananarama Dessert
1 sliced banana
dash vanilla
2 cups stewed rhubarb
You can do this any way you want. The chef stewed the rhubarb with a dash of maple syrup and some vanilla and I believe a tablespoon of brown sugar. Then he sliced the banana and warmed it up in the frying pan and added a dash of vanilla and then served the whole thing over strawberry frozen yogurt. This was the best part of the meal. :D We also had Black Bean Salsa over salmon tails and Garlic Parmasan Toss which is cooked green and yellow beans tossed with garlic and parmasan cheese.
