hi, i am trying to loose about 5 lbs and more than that inches around my hips waist and thighs. I am going to the gym twice a week and also following a low calorie diet. But i dont know how mcuh i should be eating i am 5'4 and weight 115 lbs. i am usually taking about 2000 cals but am trying to cut back to 1500/1400 cals a day is this ? please any advice would be appreicated thanks sheikha


Hello! You don't mention your age, this could make a difference in how many calories you need. what are you doing at the gym?


hi queenbee.. i am 24 yrs old, at the gym i do 20 mins cross trianer and then 10 mins on the stepper then go onto doing about 10-15mins in weights. i go to the gym twice a week. thanks sheikha


i think 1500 calories would be a very good range.

cool thanks it says 1980.. cals a day thats cool i am not even eating that much as a normal dieat so thats good.
