You are talking about the pic of the brown hair girl on the side of mine right. The way that you get that is to go to the menu on the left hand side and and click on YOUR ACCOUNT. A new menu will apear at the top of the screen. click on YOUR INFO. that will bring you to a screen with your information. There will be on that has AVATAR on the left hand side. in that area the will be in small letters the word LIST. click on the word LIST and it will bring you to a huge page with a bunch of the charectors that you can put up. when you find one that you like move the mouse over it and you will see some nubers and letters. that is the number that you want for your pic. go back to the bage that says AVATAR and you will see in that area a small box where you can scroll downuntil you find the number for your pic leave it on that number and be sure to save changes. i think that you can save the changes to your info at the bottom of the screen. If you dont like the pics that they have then your going to have to inport them from somewhere else and i do not know how to do that. Good luck
