I just went to burgerking.com to check the nutrion info on what i eat when i do go there. I eat over 700 calories. that is scary. If you eat there you should check out the sight. it lets ou program what you order and then gives you all the nutrition information. My sister used to have a realy big eating problem so i decided that i wanted to see how many cals did she eat when used to order burgerking in her heavy days. her meals back then had 4800 cal. I am so happy that she doesnt eat that much anymore. It was truley killing her.

u can do that also and mcdonalds and taco bell and wendys not sure any others but i bet u could find almost all places.............
