At highschool I was an overweight student, I was told I was ugly, stupid, fat and was spat on by skinny girls. four years after highschool, I finally lost the weight, dyed my hair and started looking after myself. Eventually, I met this guy on the internet. After chatting for a while, I found out we used to go to highschool together. Luckily, he was one of the very few who never teased me. After about six months we got engaged and I am now married to him. Unfortionately, my weight started to come back, I started the face lift diet wich consists of mostly fish and salad with regular exersize. So far Ive lost four kilos and my traki's that were tight are now starting to get baggie. My husband is very supportive and helps me every chance. I still need to lose a few kilo's but so far it's been very succesful.

Glad you liked my post! Hearing other peoples succses stories helps me too. For too long, I just sat around feeling sorry for myself, unfortionately that didn't help me lose weight. It feels good to have lost a few kilo's and this site is awesome. Thanks for your reply's Social Butterfly

Hello SB! The worse thing you can do is sit around feeling sorry for yourself. It doesn't help you much. Better just to grab the bull by the horns and get off up your butt! I really like this place, too. Everyone is friendly :D

Hello Qeen Bee, Thanks for your response :D I don't sit around feeling sorry for myself, quiet the opposite, I did however feel it was time to share my story in the hope it would help someone and so far it has :) Social Butterfly

Way to go on losing 100 pounds! The 20 pounds may be a little stubborn but you may as well just focus on the 100 you already lost. That's truly an impressive job. Hen
