Tunasalad is one that is excellent for you. Always easy to make. Also Chicken is almost the perfect diet food. It really depends on if you're going low carb or low calorie. Low calorie diets will have you add a lot of vegetables to your diet.
Hello all I am new here - I had decided to cut out wheat which basically for me was bread and pasta - I am now eating rice with stir fry veg and lean chicken most nights but wondered if this was doing me any good - I snack on bananas and celery and the odd bar of choc :oops: Please help as I am worried that changing from pasta to rice may not be a help - note: I hate brown rice!
