I have 35 pounds to lose, an' I really need support. I don't know what diet to start on! I tried a low-carb, no sugar, low-fat, low calorie diet (combined into one) but I always seemed to end up eating something bad. I found that I was always hungry with the low calorie part of it, the rest was ok. I need a plan I can stick to. Please help me! :cry:

hi luna, sounds like you just need to find the right balance. what type of "bad" food would get you in trouble?


hi luna. whatever diet you decide on, be sure that it is one that you can follow. otherwise, when you go off the "diet" you will probably end up gaining the weight that you lost, maybe even more. finding the right balance of diet and exercise is going to help assure success. are you doing any kind of exercise at all?
