I have been doing exercises in the water. It is a good way to get started exercising if you have access to an indoor pool. I go the Y. I just wanted to mention something about it here, because I think it's a good place to start exercising if you suffer from arthritis, or have a lot of weight to lose. You don't have stress on your joints when you move. Good Luck!


Almost any fitness center will offer these. Very useful.


Some hospitals even rent out pools for people to do therapy in pools. Heck, there is a rehabilitation center near my home town that even has a pool that is equiped with a wheelchair lift so that patients can do water exercises. They keep it at a preset temperature, and that is another way to get your body back moving.
