if you're sore from the pilates, take the day off and do something else. a walk would probably be good. if you have the bowflex collecting dust it is definitely something you probably want to bring out of dry docks and into your routine.

you know what is even more embarrassing? buying a 3 dvd set to learn how to bellydance! i did it once. not that bellydancing wouldn't be cool and all, but it pretty much just showed the instructor smiling. not too good if your trying to learn how to shake your hips! if you are sore from yesterday, do something different. if you have a bowflex, that is an added bonus and a nice toolbox to start out with. I know that DocU2 uses the bowflex, and he has lost 50 pounds so far.. **get to knockin' them out!**
Hey, I'm exercising right now at a gym here in Newfoundland, Canada. My Boyfriend is buying me the "Ab King Pro" because he was watching tv and came across this program. I was wondering if any body knows that this Ab crucher works so thing i can Stop him from buying it if it doesn't work.
they are almost always the same thing. something to put your abs in the "crunch" position. chances are very good you can do the same effect without needing a product. the whole problem with excercise products off the tv is that you haven't tried them and you don't know if you will like it.

hopefully it comes in handy! i use an exercise ball to do crunches. that is actually a pretty cool thing to use at home to work out. i use it more often than the bellydancing videos :) let us know how you like it..

hi glenys! yes it does, i do it about 20 minutes a day. there are many exercises you can do with a balance ball. it's fun, and helps you with your balance too. you can do abs, legs, even your arms. shape magazine always has a little section with different exercises you can do. have you ever tried one?
