The best one I have seen are "lunges" they are tough... but they do wonders. ~smiles~
any leg movements should work. move it and lose it.
~feeling slightly foolish~ Ok.. having read that after I posted it.. I had to laugh at myself for how pathetic that post was. Unless you knew what I was talking about the idea of lunges is foreign. Lunges are from standing up dropping into a pushup position and extending your legs back and forth as far as they will go as if you were running with your hands on the ground for a four count.. then back up onto your feet. Not the easiest excercise.. matter of fact it is brutal.. but it does wonders for the rear quarters. AF lll

Nope, Squats are different. You would stand with your legs spread apart, put your hands on your waist, and then slowly bend your knees. Hold in this position for about 5 seconds and then return to starting position. HTH
