If you were to set your mind to losing weight, and you accomplished it, what do you think the benefits would be? How would it help you?
Hey KitKat... I don't really like working out either.. I have found however that I enjoy racquetball immensely! A good tip could be to find something physical that you do enjoy and do it as often as you can. It is a good way to start the habit of excercise. As far as friends on a diet.. I know what you mean.. none of my friends who are dieting are "online types".. but I am. If you'd like to be diet pals...
