This is a good indicator, but not perfect. For example, I'm 6'2". To get smack in the middle of the normal range, my weight has to be 160 pounds. I can tell you now, if I weight 160, get the casket ready! :lol: What's not taken into account is body type here. I have broad shoulders. Some men are more athletic and muscular. In fact, most fit men at 6'2" are 190-220, which would put some of the at the "overweight" levels - which clearly isn't true. So take the BMI with a grain of salt. The best way to judge is looking in the mirror. How many rolls of fat do you have? LOL! :wink:
