Think again!!!!!! I just had it and it only cost me 147 calories!! HOW you ask?? Easy I used 2 slices of fat free wheat bread 52 calories each --2 slices--104cal. 1 serving of egg subistute 1/4 cup--30 calories-- a teaspoon o f vanilla and a teaspoon of splenda.... Fried in spray oil... and topped with no calories parkay spread and about 1 T of log cabin sugar free syrup made with splenda and Oh MY GOD was it delicious !!!!!!! tasted just lik ethe "REAL THING" Try it you might just like it BTW the syrup is only 35 calories for a 1/4 cup!! Good eating..... Lady D Diets dont work life changes do! _________________ 40+ down 100 to go

this also works with low carb bread and sugar free syrup. back in the day when i was just low carb and not counting cals i would make french toast all the time
