I wasn't sure where to post this. So here goes:
It seems that ever since I have started losing weight I am COLD all the time. Yes, I know it's winter and I do live in the Windy City, but it's 70 degrees in my house and my hubby and kids are perfectly warm and last night I slept in leggings with sweat pants over top, t-shirt, sweater and fleece jacket type thing over it, plus socks. I'm cold all the time. Could I be flushing vitamins out of my system? Time to see the doctor?

let me ask you this: are you just sort of cold or are you really truly freezing cold?
how is your circulation?
I can go from cold to freezing. Goose bumps and all. Circulation seems fine. Right now I have on socks and my shoes and my toes are cold. Feels like I just came in from the snow.
Weird.
