8O my calories in take fro monday was 429* tuesday 143 wednesday 396 thursday 699 friday 428 YES those are full day totals!! BUT I DONT NOT RECCOMMEND THIS WAY OF EATING TO ANYONE!!!!!!!!! THE REASON I ATE THIS WAY (i usually eat at least 1000 a day) is because I was really sick with the flu and sore throat and couldnt eat without pain! But truthfully I will take weight loss any way I can get it!! Lady D


i know exactly how you feel. in december i got sick, and luckily it had a big unexpected side effect: i couldnt eat much. so i lost some real weight. obviously getting sick is no fun, but at least you lose your appetite. good job on sticking to 1,000 calories a day. that is pretty strict but almost guarantees you'll get good results.


and I think I am getting neurotic about calories counts!! I am evermindful of them but I dont mind as of wednesday this week I am down to 306 from 350+ so Ill count those calories!! til I DIE.......t Lady D


way to go ladydraggin! look at it like a job! part of your job for losing weight is counting calories! you do it and you get "paid" by losing weight. and here's another thing to look at it. you have lost 40 pounds so far. that is huge! if you want to think of how much weigh that is, pick up 4 10 pound bags of kitty litter! man that is heavy to be carrying around all the time. you now have 40 less pounds to lug around. you're at the point where your weight loss is definitely getting significant. with momentum you should be able to get the job done.

Nice job Ladydraggin! Get yourself healthy and keep up on the low calorie plan, if you can add some exercise that is even better.. I'm sure you are going to see some weight loss.. Keep up the good work..
