I came across some excel spread sheets while searching the internet that have been very helpful to me just thought that if it helped i should pass it on. they are excel spread sheets that have daily meal journals that track your points , there is a recipe component that tells you how many points per serving with your fav recipe, a quick points calculator and a bonus points calculator for excersise.
