I have been trying to stay at about 1000 calories a day and found a few snacks that really help get me through the day... :D Campbells Soup at Hand- Chicken Noodle only 80 calories " "- Chicken and Stars only 65 calories DelMonte Diced Peaches OR Pears in LIGHT syrup only 50 calories D'Italiano Lite Bread 1 slice is only 40 calories and tastes great Hope these help and if anyone knows of some others let me know! :idea:


Celery is low calorie. Watermelon can be a decent snack, in season. Grapes. Pretzels in small amounts. Portioning is probably a big concern too.


I really like fresh spinach. Just raw and by itself! only 25 cal for 2 1/4 cups!
