eat a lot of salads?? wish you could have croutons?? YOU CAN! take Fat Free bread (your choice) and cut it into small cubes(you may have to do this 1 sl at a time,I did 10 slices tot.) place in bowl spray with spray canola or butter flavor oil sprinkle with seasoning of choice(garlic onion etc) and toss sprinkle with parmeasean cheese too Place in warm oven ,170* and let dry out store in closed bag... taste great and if you onlu use a few they are only about 50 calories a serving Course you know you can make that salad dressing go father if you have it on the side and dip your fork into it before picking up a mouthful you get dressing in every bit and I have actually used LESS THAN 1 T fopr a huge salad :D >:D< Lady D

Any other salad ideas? I've been eating a lot of salad. I usually have salad with some sort of chicken in it. I wonder if the chicken adds a ton of calories.


I love salads also ceaser is the best ! :D
