and would like to have some ice cream on your "diet" then you have to try BLUE BUNNY FAT FREE SUGAR FREE icwe cream and ice cream novelities!!! I just love them they have a fudge bar for only 35 calories and it tastes just like the "real" thing :D Also their yogurt is delicious I try to use those items made with splenda whenever Ican they taste like the real thing and make it easy to stay on ly diet If you haven't tried splenda give it a shot .I like it cause I done get the nasty aftertaste that I get with the other no calorie sweeteners Lady D :)

yeah. splenda is very good. defintely sweetens up my ice tea.

Is stocked in my kitchen for sure! Tastes just like sugar. They even sell it in pour boxes so you can substitute it in recipes! What a SPLENDA thing :)
