How many calories should I be burning in one exercise session..say in an hour? I know u need to burn more than you eat and all that....but on average, what is a good cal number. I just need a guide on where to start. thanx!


Raising your heartrate for 20 minutes a day is said to help your metabolism burn all day. This could be accomplished through a walk, jog or doing a workout video. Are you following any program right now?


I'm not on a program, I've been jogging and walking on a Nordic Track..I'm also not sure if the computer on it is right, i fast walked for about 9 mins, and it said i burned 100 cal....is that true?
