The long-running comic strip "Drabble", by Kevin Fagan, has been a favorite of mine for years (along with numerous other strips). Today's strip, though, is especially poignant - I think many of us here can relate to it quite well. [img:70945fcece]http://www.dilbert.com/comics/drabble/archive/images/drabble2030497031216.gif[/img:70945fcece] If the picture doesn't show up, click [b:70945fcece]here[/b:70945fcece].

hehe.. that is pretty funny! thanks for sharing :)

lol thats awesome :D

I tell ya, that's how I *usually* feel. If I take off a few days from exercising, it seems I "gain" a few pounds and don't feel as toned. So I have to bust my butt just to get back into a flabby body shape that's not quite as flabby as when I don't exercise. LOL!

That is very true. It seems hard to believe that you can get to feeling fat in no time at all! :( Hey Doc, When are you leaving for your trip home?

This pretty much says it! LOL.
