ok, so I just got a nordic track....how long should I spend on it? Time wise I mean.....and will it help me burn fat, or will it just make my legs muscley? I really want to lose weight! Thank you for you're help


If you do not use alot of resistance then you are not likely to build bulk. You want to stayon cardio machines like that for at least 30 minutes to help you to burn fat. I do not know exactly what kind of a machine that it is, but I know my personal trainer told me that I needed to do at least 30 minutes of cardio when I do it![size=18:24f8eef8b6][/size:24f8eef8b6]


Hello Celeste. Follow what your body says. You don't mention how much weight you are trying to lose, so it makes it difficult to say. If you have a substantial amount of weight, start slow. Depending on your weight/ physical condition etc. just do what you can to get going. That means if you can only do it for 10 minutes, it's a starting point. Slowly build your way up to longer durations as you feel more comfortable with it. Nice to have you here and hope to hear from you soon :)
