hi, i'm onto my 4th or 5th day and was wondering if tofu is ok to substitute for beef or chicken? thx!

i know that tofu is used as meat substitute, we have this organic food market that makes some really good sesame tofu. i don't know what ingredients they use to make it, but it is very tasty.. have you tried any tofu yet?

dose tofu taste good ?
