Hey all I just started doing weight watchers my little sister has been doing it and loosing weight slowly but surely she convinced me to start with her. I am in college and just following the plan myself without meetings or a buddy, is there anything that i can do to make this less difficult to do myself any tips? I mark all my food as it comes in the dorm with the points but still it seems a bit difficult to follow it when college life is soo hectic and the stress of finals draws me to the goody basket family and friends sent for final week.

Nice to meet you Dragonfly! How long have you been following WW? College is one of those places that is known for weight gain, but it doesn't have to be. Is your sister anywhere nearby your campus? How many times do you eat in a day? What are you eating? Are you doing any kind of exercise?

ive been following ww since the beginning of november. my sis is 600 miles away. there isnt much time for exercise i try as often as i can to at least take the long way home but i spent 14 or more hrs a day in a design studio. i only eat 2 or 3 times a day as food in a design studio is a no no. I like to eat all kinds of veggies and since its winter hot soup and the coffee supply lasts all day i stay within the points but ive never actually used the flex points that i am alotted. im not sure that i have to . The thing is that though im still in the points range im still not loosing any weight. is there anything that i can do ?

How much are you looking to lose? If it's just a couple of pounds, those are always the hardest to knock off. If that is the case, you may want to add some weights into the mix. Lifting weights will help to tone your muscle, and decrease the fat.
