Hey there all, I haven't been on in FOREVER. So much has happened. I no longer have a job. That is good and bad. I work from home for our business full time now and it is more work than I ever had to do at a job. I thought I would be able to walk everyday since I was a home but so far that hasn't happened. :roll: Too much work to do but on the up side I have decided to stop eating during the day...now I jus gotta work on no eating at night (kidding!) I am also increasing my H2O intake. I think I will put "walk" on my to-do list for tomorrow...ok well I will TRY to SQUEEZE it in somewhere. So how has everyone been? I hope y'all had a good Thanksgiving! Oh yeah I finally updated my site...a lil'bit anyway. :D


thats good news. definitely find 10 minutes a day or so for a walk. you will feel a lot better.

:D lol! Stress yes ___ sweat no although I do always park as far away as possible which is fine and dandy until you leave the mall and it is sleeting and blowing and you have a ton of packages!
